The Role:
As the General Manager of our SA branch, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office and warehouse setup and operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to establish SEM Windows Pty Ltd as a market leader in SA.
- Managing the set up for the office and warehouse facilities and operationalization.
- Building and leading a high-performing team to manage day-to-day operations, including sales, logistics, production and distribution.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies for both office and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the windows industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, distribution channels, and customer requirements.
- Track record of success in setting up or managing office and warehouse facilities within the windows sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, coupled with a deep knowledge of windows industry dynamics.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a focus on optimizing operations and driving business growth.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, essential for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the windows industry.
