Our Client, a Big4 Australian Bank, seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join their Sydney team.
These roles are a mix of call Centre & Assessor positions
In this role, you will be,
- Providing superior levels of internal and external customer service by responding to and managing customer and stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the processes within your team or work area.
- Undertaking investigations with respect to customer requests and/or as a result of transactional or exception-based issues.
- Officers will perform the aforementioned activities for the role, product, service or process they support
- Customer / Client Services Experience
- Interest in working within Financial Crime, fraud, risk, scams
- Degree Qualified - Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting etc
- Excellent Communication Skills
