The Role
We are currently seeking an energetic and career focused Human Resources Graduate to join a dedicated and experienced People and Leadership team. Reporting to the Head of HR operations, this is a learning opportunity where you will grow your career by being exposed to a range of interesting projects and responsibilities, spanning the full scope of HR Operations. Key duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support to HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and the broader People and Leadership Team
  • Owning and driving the coordination and administration across HR processes
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Dealing with a variety of leader and employee queries

  • A recent HR Gradate or equivalent professional experience
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple priorities and projects
  • Good general IT skills and ability to navigate systems, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
