Revive Clinics are multidisciplinary healthcare clinics established in Ashgrove since 2001 and West End since 2020. We provide a blend of physiotherapy, pilates, rehab , gym based exercise programs, massage and yoga. This role is for our West End clinic.
About the role
This role is for a full-time receptionist (min 30 hours per week up to 38 hours per week) to join our admin team to support our therapists and instructors. Some evening (7 pm finish) and early morning (6.30 am start) work is required. You may occasionally be required to work between our 2 clinic locations.

Skills and experience
We are seeking someone who is experienced in front desk/reception work ideally in Health care. We would value a candidate with experience and knowledge of practice management software, processing of workcover, dva and medicare claims and assisting with day to day operations of an allied health clinic.
We are looking for the right cultural fit for our team - so the successful candidate will have an outgoing friendly personality , be enthusiastic and empathetic and be a strong team player. We are a clinic that places the client at the centre of care and being able to communicate well with and care for people is a pre-requisite. Showing initiative and being able to work independently are also positive traits we are looking for.
