We are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team here at The Metropolitan Hotel, to take control of the day-to-day operations.
As Hotel Manager you will need to provide excellent customer service and relations with our customers, whilst overseeing the everyday duties making sure the venue operates smoothly.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Managing the day to day operations including, food and beverage services, cellar, hotel reservations and restaurant bookings
- Supervising staff and complying with House Policies and RSA
- Maintaining quality service and high level customer satisfaction
- Control all socia media platforms
- Providing ideas for new promotions within the venue
- Control of all stock take and stock orders
- Assisting staff and customer enquires or problems

Qualifications/Experience:
- A 2-3 year experience is required
- Diploma in Supervisor/Management within Hospitality Sector
- RSA and RCG NSW Certificate
This is a full time position, must be avaliable to work days, evenings and weekends.
