THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a varied role, from operations to strategy- you will work closely with the HR team and get hands on in driving HR projects along with your day to day across a client group of 300.
Joining a supportive and collaborative HR team, you will have a varied role with ownership across your client group. Think general partnering, ER/PM, system implementations, HR strategic initiatives like talent and succession planning, building capability, and working on employee experience. Because your client group isn't oversized, you will have a nicely evenly keeled role- where you can kick goals, as well as get across the reactive nature of HR BAU.
SUITED TO
To be successful in this position you will need experience in Business Partnering, managing employee relations and performance management matters and ideally running HR projects. You will spend time building relationships across the business, supporting your stakeholders and their employees, running BAU and HR projects. You have experience in HR cyclical events, from running the annual review process to rolling out engagement surveys and running training sessions across the business.
