We’ve built a culture that celebrates community, collaboration and innovation, where people love what they do.What’s the job?Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, the HR Coordinator will provide a wide range of HR support services to the business including: project accountabilities and delivery, and various administrative tasks. The purpose of this role is to manage the relevant administrative support across the HR team, predominantly to the HR Business Partners.On a typical day in this role you will be responsible for:Assist with the coordination of various projects defined by the business such as re-registration, staff transitions, restructuring and compliance activities.Support the HR Business Partners with managing a client group, providing policy and relevant human resources advice and support to managers and employees - There is an opportunity to upskill into Employment Relations advice.Assist and coordinate projects in work health and safety, learning and development or other areas of HR.Manage and execute defined projects such as updating JD’s, and goal setting follow-up and coordinating team development plansSupport in the employee lifecycle from recruitment to staff changes to exiting in conjunction with various stakeholders including the Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition and HR ServicesSupport HR Business Partners informal investigation processes including minute taking and compiling investigation reportsThis is a permanent full-time role can be based in Sydney (Surry Hills) or Brisbane. The team works on a hybrid model (mix of work from home and on campus).Who you areYou come with some HR Administration experience within AustraliaWorkday HRIS experience is very desirableDemonstrated administration and coordination skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritise. You enjoy working in a fast-pace environment and you're comfortable with repetitive tasksYou love working in a team, and you have the willingness to acknowledge own limitations in knowledge and draw on others experience in determining best approaches to issues etc.Preferably undertaking or have obtained a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related qualificationMore importantly, you're willing to learn and have a can-do attitudePlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
