As we continue to expand, we are now looking for a HR Officer based out of our Dunsborough head office.
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the employee lifecycle management and the connector between internal departments to provide quality HR services and support.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business/Commerce (preferred).
- Demonstrated high attention to detail.
- Highly competent with HR Information Systems.
- Understanding and/or awareness of Fair Work Modern Awards.
- Experience of employing onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of employee onboarding by providing the link between recruitment, mobilisation and payroll.
- Accurately maintain Pindari’s Human Resources Management System, including issuing of employment contracts, change of employment and managing employee records.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Become the HRIS champion across the HR Team, supported by the HR Manager and other HR members.
- Assist updating employment contract templates and other associated employee lifecycle administration.
- Assist in reviewing and maintaining HR onboarding and induction procedures.
- Provide various accurate and timely reports and metrics to management as required.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.
- Assisting in administering employee exit processes.
- Continually review processes and procedures for employee lifecycle management.
