Our client is one of the largest service providers to Australia's mining sector. They are currently seeking an HSE Administrator to join their Health, Safety, and Environment team on a permanent basis.
About You
- Certificate IV in WHS or working towards (desirable)
- Practical experience with HSE processes and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure HSE systems are managed, maintained and updated
- Accurate entry of HSE information and records into the system
- Compilation, assessment, and interpretation of HSE data
- Active participation in investigations as needed
- Contribution to the creation of Toolbox Topics and other HSE communications
- Facilitation of HSE meetings
- Regular updating of WHSE Management Plans and Emergency Response Plans
