Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team. Based in Karratha, this position will play an integral role providing administration support to the People and Culture Team.
Primary Responsibilities: Assist in the performance of reference and background checks on applicants. Assist in scheduling and coordinating pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test appointments. Assist scheduling and coordinate pre-mobilisation training requirements.
Assist in coordinating travel requirements for mobilisation. Assist coordinating mobilisation uniform and general PPE requirements. Assist in verifying qualification requirements.
