Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join our team. Based in Karratha, this position will play an integral role providing administration support to the People and Culture Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the performance of reference and background checks on applicants.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test appointments.
- Assist scheduling and coordinate pre-mobilisation training requirements.
- Assist in coordinating travel requirements for mobilisation.
- Assist coordinating mobilisation uniform and general PPE requirements.
- Assist in verifying qualification requirements.
- Assist in Booking of Inductions- internal and external.
- Maintaining and keeping files up to date
- Other HR administration tasks as required
We are looking for someone who:
• Minimum 1-2years experience working in an HR function desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated understanding of awards and agreements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A team player with a strong commitment to team environment dynamics
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• A can do and positive attitude
