**Qualifications:**
- Human Resource Management Qualified (Bachelor Degree, Diploma, Certificate, or Equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles or above
- Experience in manufacturing/logistics businesses preferred
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Directly engage with Senior Managers, Business Owners, and Managing Directors
- Demonstrate strong business acumen
- Make decisions based on business objectives, values, integrity, and legal compliance
**Expertise:**
- Strong understanding and application of Human Resource Principles
- Assess HR performance and provide advice on process improvements
- Interpret Awards (Manufacturing, Clerks, and Transport Awards)
- In-depth knowledge of employment-related legislation
- Familiarity with National and Victorian Safety legislation
- Safety management system and procedure expertise
- Policy and Procedure development and implementation
**Technical Skills:**
- Record and Change Management experience
- Payroll experience, preferably in MYOB
- Proficiency in Employment Hero (HR System)
- Strong Microsoft Program Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Reporting and Presentation Skills
