An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days a week), covering a 12-month maternity leave contract. Our flexible work arrangements will see you working 2-days in the office (Brisbane City) and 1-day working from home.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the supporting the employee journey through their entire lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, the successful candidate will manage HR administrative duties and facilitate seamless transitions for our employees, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and all aspects in between.
This role provides a great opportunity to learn and engage with our team across our Brisbane and Melbourne offices as well as our remote workers.

About the Role
Working closely with the Head of Organisational Development, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end to end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Updating and maintaining the HR Management System (ELMO)
- Creating and maintaining employee e-learning content to support onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Assist in HR people practices such administering staff engagement surveys, communication forums and recognition programs.
- Update and maintain HR Performance Reports
- Maintaining documentation to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Assisting Head of Organisational Development in developing training materials to prepare for client-based training programs (e.g. participant workbooks, PowerPoint slides, visuals etc)
What you need:
- Preferably you have previous experience in either recruitment, training development or HR administration
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to build connections with people and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- High level of attention to detail
- A willingness to learn new systems – we use ELMO HR System
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to perform required tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervision.
Highly Desirable
- HR Degree or relevant tertiary
- Previous content design or e-learning development or facilitation experience
- Experience using a Human Resources Information Systems (preferably ELMO)
