Your exceptional attention to detail and willingness to ‘help with anything’ will enable you to succeed as we navigate through a period of exciting transformation within our HR function.

The day to day

  • End to end recruitment support on a national basis (posting job ads, screening of applicants, arranging interviews, reference checking, vevo checking, one-way video set up, onboarding processes).

  • Coordinating administrative HR processes (service awards, reporting, updating of HR documents)
  • Contributing to small and large scale projects and initiatives as part of a Global HR team.
 The Essentials
  • Previous experience recruitment/HR in a fast-paced environment (agency or internal).
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or similar.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A customer service focused attitude.
  • Ability to develop and maintain working relationships.
  • Strong computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Databases)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Helpful and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
