Your Role
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources (HR) and working closely with senior leaders, you will provide pragmatic, business focused advice and direction to enable business success.
  
Key focuses are:

• Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders in order to understand how HR can continuously add value in supporting organisational effectiveness, enhancing employee experience and building sustainable capability;
• Support the Head of HR in the development, implementation and evolution of the HR strategy, working to embed an integrated approach across the organisation;
• Coach people leaders to develop their people skills and understanding of core people processes;
• End to end management of employee relations matters;
• Streamline and improve HR processes and contribute to value-add projects to support continuous improvement.
• Lead and motivate your team, ensuring alignment with organisational and HR strategy. 

About You
An experienced and well-rounded HR Generalist with a passion for the creative, you thrive in a changing environment where you can truly add value.
  
Additionally, you will demonstrate:

• The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs;
• Outstanding influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong service focus;
• Collaborative, with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build trust and engage a diverse audience with ease;
• Expert knowledge in employee relations;
• Enjoyment in working autonomously, taking ownership for driving success within your portfolio, whilst also contributing and collaborating within a team.
