Join our team as a HR Officer and bring your enthusiasm, initiative and experience to IntelliDesign. The HR Officer assists IntelliDesign to achieve business objectives by delivering on generalist HR duties including end to end recruitment. Working with a supportive team, your ability to adapt, be hands on and strive for continuous improvement are just what we need!
Your key responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes including advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding and ensure data integrity is maintained in HR and business systems.
- Coordinate Graduate recruitment programs and student events to showcase IntelliDesign and meet selection timeframes.
- Provide support for employee life cycle activities including Performance, Development and Training.
- Provide appropriate support and advice to management and employees on HR related areas.
- Support the research and development of new and existing HR policies and processes as legislative and business needs require.
- Undertake processes which comply with our Quality Management System, maintaining quality and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Support the HR Manager to deliver on strategic HR objectives and a range of HR projects.
- Act as an ambassador for our culture, supporting performance, engagement and wellbeing.
- Coordinate meetings, events and interviews and make necessary arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support for HR.
- Deliver relevant reporting requirements on a regular and adhoc basis.
Things that matter to us
- Relevant Diploma of Human Resources is desirable
- Current and relevant experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Willingness to get things done, showing initiative and seeing things through
- Ability to demonstrate planning, coordination and execution skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to Award interpretation would be advantageous
- Workplace Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certification would be advantageous
