Ice Rink Cafe Manager

We are looking for a motivated, energetic person with Cafe management experience. The position would be required the right person to take the lead in food preparation at the Rink Cafe and also have the ability to manage and train staff, manage ordering, rostering and play an active role in managing the birthday parties.

The hours are relatively consistent during school terms approx 20 hours per week expanding to 35 during school holidays. The cafe is open for all evening and weekend advertised public session as well as daily sessions during public holidays or special events.
