Ourcustomers benefit from insights that help reduce exposure to risk, reduce value impairment, improved confidence and many other sustainable benefits.We are seeking a proactive and results-driven hunter and lead generator to join the iCIRT sales team - a product with a key, strategic focus for 2024.What you will do:Collaborate together with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion (predetermined criteria and market segments).Identify decision-makers within target organisations and manage relevant stakeholder maps and intel recordsConduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify potential leadsUtilise effective communication skills to engage and build trust and rapport.Develop business as a consultative specialist - meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly quotas for lead generation and salesConnect and engage with industry networks, roadshows and industry group forumsWork closely with the wider sales and marketing teamsCollaborate with Product, Operations, Legal and Compliance to ensure fit-for-purpose and competitive proposals are presented, sold and operationalisedWork with Product to define any customization and enhancement understanding for delivery of bespoke solutionsKeep abreast of industry legislation and environment changes.What experience you need:Demonstrated excellence and experience in B2B salesExpertise preferably in selling either data, analytics, insights or technology solutions.Proven interpersonal & consultative sales skills and experience; selling solutions to a range of customers, levels and decision makersWhat could set you apart:Analytical skills and abilityBuilding and Construction industry experience or interest beneficialPrimary Location: AUS-MelbourneAUS-Sydney-Blue-Street-REMOTEFunction: Function - Sales and Account ManagementSchedule: Full time
