Your role involves conducting thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery and adoption of ICT projects, while also staying abreast of industry trends to contribute to ongoing process improvement and innovation. - Develop comprehensive business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing ICT systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ICT solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in ICT processes and systems.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ICT projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with ICT tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
