About the Role
The role involves overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities for multiple small initiatives, providing comprehensive project coordination and support services. You will be instrumental in collaborating with stakeholders, defining deliverables, and using agile methods to drive the development of project plans. The ideal candidate will have strong project administration skills in supporting the ICT Project Manager for project success across the ICT Directorate.
The role extends to preparing status reports, maintaining detailed project documentation, taking ownership of project outcomes within defined parameters, including budgets and timelines and change management. You will be responsible for efficient meeting and project administration and close collaboration with the ICT Project Manager to address challenges and ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of ICT systems.
