Ict Service Manager

The Role

We are seeking an ICT Service Manager to join the Directorate of Enterprise Cloud Services, which supports JCG to deliver Cloud solutions for the Defence community. As an ICT Service Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of Cloud services and ensuring effective operation for Defence Group and Services. 

You will work closely with senior team members to understand their needs, develop procedures, manage program deliverables by maintaining registers, and analyse data to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Cloud Service Offerings. Key responsibilities for the Service Manager include:

• Monitor service delivery performance metrics and liaise with managers 
• Develop, document and implement changes as directed 
• Acquire and apply knowledge of the systems current functionality and related products
• Build and sustain effective relationships with team members and actively participate in team work and group activities
• Listen to internal and external stakeholders to meet needs and expectations 
• Recommend solutions to issues impacting on the achievement of desired outcomes
• Interpret and comply with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks
