About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be working on Affinity implementation projects and collaborating with the product community. Resolving issues and providing end-user training as part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Providing Application Consulting Services to Customers during the implementation of Practice Management solutions
- Installing and configuring the solution to align with client’s requirements
- Adhering to the standard implementation methodology and approach in all phases of the project
- Delivering End-User training both remotely and on-site as required
- Identifying opportunities for revenue by increasing utilization of LexisNexis solutions at customer sites
- Improving product and service solutions by providing expertise in pre-sales and internal forums
- Assisting with product definition and documentation as well as Quality Assurance and testing when required
- Collaborating with the team to adopt and adapt process improvements identified.
Requirements
- Have extensive experience in Legal/Accounting software market and Legal Office environment.
- Experience having formal training to analyze financial and business processes in law firms.
- Demonstrable experience in Book Keeping Standards and or in Trust Accounting;
- Intermediate (or above) level of expertise in MSOffice applications, specifically Word and Excel
- Demonstrable analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage demands of working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Crystal Reports writing an advantage
