About the role
We are offering a permanent role of Information Officer in the team at our West Leederville office. The position requires staff to undertake a range of administrative, organisational and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Education Services programme. The heart of the role involves responding to all enquiries (both phone and emails) about our education workshops and courses, the provision of information, booking participants into workshops and courses, and handling a wide range of booking and payment issues. More broadly, the Information Officer supports the Manager Education Services, the Senior Information Officer as well as the course facilitators.
Skills, experience, and qualifications
The successful applicant must have current experience in office administration, competent skills in MS Office such as outlook and excel. Have a high attention to detail, an aptitude for learning new software programs and basic troubleshooting technical equipment, excellent customer service skills (verbal and written) are essential as well as the ability to multi-task and work in a close and positive team environment.
