The role will see you responsible for:
Advising claims professionals on RTW strategies for injury claims
Providing guidance on Occupational Rehab specialists to engage
Speaking with treating doctors and other medical professionals to achieve RTW outcomes
Training and development of claims professionals
You will be able to demonstrate
Experience of work within an IMA position of Occupational Rehabilitation
AHPRA registration
Tertiary qualifications in medical or allied health
Experience in managing a caseload at a strategic occ rehab level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
