Inside Sales Engineer

The Inside Sales Engineer is a necessary structure to support our sales team in addressing customer requirements, handling the order processing, quotations, service admin, Pricing verifications and documentations for all Business Units in Australia.
He/She will also serve as a support for the Sales Admin whenever necessary, and fulfil any other reasonable duties or reports as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• As Sales Support: Provide Quotations, Price Check, Pricing requests to factories and Purchase Order Verifications of Customers in Australia for CT.
• As technical support: provide first level applications advice and support sales team with technical quotations such as; Reading specifications, equipment take-offs, formulating costing summaries, producing tender documentation to support bids.
• Assists Sales Team in day to day operations (Manage Customer queries via phone, emails, etc.)
o Must be able to assist customer on basic commercial and technical questions the customer may have.
o In certain cases, will be asked to organize and provide documentations to customers (direct, channels) and projects.
• As Admin Support: The role is also expected to serve as a support whenever necessary, for the Admin role on critical roles such as Order Processing, Logistics, and necessary Documentations if the sales admin person is sick or on leave for any reason.
• Fulfil any other reasonable duties or reports as required

Qualifications and Experience

Must:
• University degree
• Ability to deal with numerous tasks of changing priority
• Have a customer centric mindset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
• Pleasant personality and detail minded
• Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Hands-on, proactive, independent and high integrity
