We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales team on a permanent basis.
The Inside Sales Executive primarily sells BSI Standards products and services to new and existing customers across a defined BSI Standards subscription suite.
This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, understanding client business needs, and drivers, and positioning BSI Standards products such as the Compliance Navigator (CN) and British Standards Online (BSOL) subscriptions. and services can enable organisations to improve and manage the sales process to a successful conclusion.
Salary: Competitive with up to 30% OTE

To meet and exceed all required calls targets - call time, call number, generated leads, direct sales, appointments booked
To meet and exceed direct new telesales targets
To meet and exceed UK and international team targets
To ensure all leads are managed correctly and the conversion is in line with expectation
To ensure the sales team is following up on all leads

What we are looking for:
Education/Qualifications
Degree level or equivalent education
Proven experience in a sales environment (Desirable)
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrable self-sufficiency in sales activities
Entrepreneurial relationship and business development skills
Ability to successfully encourage customers to expand the product range
Ability to develop executive-level relationships and engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI Standards can enable them to become more efficient
Able to communicate complex technical issues
Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision
Proven ability in closing business-to-business sales and winning new customers (Desirable)
