Convert office enquiries to opportunities (qualified enquiries) and booked tours, allocated to the client's city of interest and to the specific location or centres as per the allocation instruction.
Close conference and meeting rooms and Virtual Office enquiries or, on client request, book a tour of the centre.
Proactively generate leads by outbound calling to existing and prospective customers.
Be familiar with all our products and respond promptly to our clients regarding any product or service information.
Manage sales and marketing data in the CRM system to ensure proper process is followed and data quality is maintained.
Support the marketing team, on request, from time to time in managing and maintaining online advertising on relevant sites. Provide feedback on marketing campaigns to help improve performance.
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure that the highest level of quality, efficiency and integrity is maintained at every step of the Inside Sales process.
Collaborate with the field sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience.
