Access the National Relay Service
The Supreme, District and Land Courts Service sits within the Courts and Tribunals Division of the Department of Justice and Attorney-General and provides administrative support and registry services to the judiciary and court users in Queensland. As the Administration Officer your key responsibilities will be to:
- Support the EEP team to meet key program objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, stakeholders and staff, including ensuring messages are communicated clearly and promptly.
- Provide general business support to the EEP program team, including organising staff travel, processing payments, filing and recordkeeping.
- Undertake administrative support for a range of events, including conferences, presentations and internal/external meetings.
- Provide support for the development of written reports, presentations, briefing notes and other correspondence, ensuring stylistic expectations and timelines are met.
- Assist with and maintain information management systems and databases including generating reports and managing records.
