We are a cleaning & gardening business that creates time for clients by doing the work they are time poor to do and by being an extra hand to help the elderly and disabled to insure they continue living independently in the community.
Currently seeking an administrative and scheduling assistant who is experienced, dedicated, and capable of making a positive impact in people's lives. It is important to note that this position requires the ability to work under pressure, in addition to an early morning start.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of office duties.
- Efficiently managing phone calls and emails.
- Drafting and preparing letters.
- Skillfully managing schedules and calendars.
- Organizing and coordinating business operations.
- Accurately performing data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- Exceptional ability to work methodically, accurately, and neatly, even under extreme pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in an administrative role.
- Preferred qualification in office administration, scheduling, or a related field.
- Must be available to start early in the morning.
Initially, the position requires a minimum commitment of three days per week, with the potential to transition to a five-day workweek.
