We are looking for a Curriculum Administration Assistant to join our welcoming and vibrant community. Placing students at the heart of everything we do, the successful candidate will be committed to ‘Cura Personalis’: care for the whole person in support of educational best practice.
The Role
The Curriculum Administration Assistant contributes to the mission of the College and its educational goals by providing administrative support for the processes and practices relevant to the student academic cycle across the school year.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Active support of the Catholic ethos of the College.
- High degree of enthusiasm, motivation and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, promoting positive personal relationships with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, manage priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in relevant systems and databases (e.g. Edval, MAZE/Synergetic, SIRS) as well as MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to work added hours when required.
- An understanding of the education sector would be advantageous.
