About the Role Quest is looking for computing enthusiasts to join our expanding IT team. The role is a permanent full-time position working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, located on Hoddle street Collingwood. Main responsibilities include: Provide technical support - locally and remotely.
To install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues. This may involve desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, and more. Collaborate effectively with the senior IT staff to align operations with company objectives.
Assisting with administration. Following up with staff to ensure their requests have been met. General office duties.
About You - Quest is looking for a young computing enthusiast with a passion for IT. No prior experience is required for the position as training will be provided.
