The role
As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist, you are knowledgeable in all application modules, including Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, Assembly and Purchasing enabling you to provide 2nd and 3rd-tier support for the Business Central application.
To be considered for this role, your career profile will need to show the following skills and/or attributes:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-tier support on the Dynamics 365 Business Central application.
- Solid experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central, including all modules.
- Educate and support key users with training and appropriate documentation.
- Assist with systems improvements, including enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Share new features and productivity enhancements with relevant key users.
- Collaborate with international IT teams to ensure optimal productivity.
- Build collaborative relationships with key users to drive continuous improvement.
- Advise stakeholders on identified issues and recommend actions.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors for existing and new solutions.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP Financial Systems.
- Previous Business Support experience.
