AddressALevel 2 MSP IT Support Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of their IT systems.
This role requires a deep understanding of a broad range of IT technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The technician will handle escalated issues from Level 1 - 2 support, manage complex technical problems, and assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT solutions.
Requirements:
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Level 2 support, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
- Experience with Networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
