About the Role
The role is to support the day-to-day operation of our clients organisational systems such as HR, payroll, learning management and compliance together with User Maintenance, Issue investigation and resolution, testing and working with Business stakeholders and partners. You will be part of a dynamic team working across these solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support is provided across enterprise solutions such as: Ascender / aPay (payroll solution), SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules (HR solution), iLearn (learning management solution) and other corporate solutions. (experience in any of these solutions or similar solutions highly sought after)
- Experience in managing User requests via Service Desk and triaging is required and ensuring that the core product is maintainable. Working on a variety of issue resolution and assisting in testing of any changes that are undertaken by our Vendor Partner.
