Job Description:
As a crucial member of our team, your role will be anything but ordinary:
- Juggling Server 2019 with the occasional assist from a 3rd Party IT company.
- Tackling the setup and maintenance of Windows 10 Professional with finesse.
- Mastering the art of Active Directory administration.
- Keeping the rhythm going with Office 365 Administration & Operation.
- Weaving the intricate webs of restaurant networks, Wi-Fi, and VLANs.
- Getting hands-on with RJ45 & BNC cabling for networking wizardry.
- Keeping a watchful eye on NVR and DVR CCTV systems.
- Playing the hero with remote IT support for our teams.
- Making the magic happen by ordering IT equipment and managing internet connections for new store openings.
- Keeping the IT ticketing system harmonious and humming.
- Keeping tabs on our in-house IT equipment inventory.
- Steadying the ship with LAN/WAN/4G Connectivity prowess, including DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP.
- Dialing in VoIP systems and setting the stage with audio installations.
- Driving us forward with your full driving license.
While experience in the following areas is a plus, we're all about growth and development:
- A knack for understanding networking concepts.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
- Ability to juggle tasks effectively like a seasoned circus performer.
- Familiarity with Azure Intune (bonus points if you've tamed this beast).
- Proficiency in using in-house IT systems and software.
