About the role
We are seeking an experienced Event Technician and IT Officer to join the Walford team as soon as possible.
In this position, you will provide the technical aspects of School assemblies, music concerts, drama performances, community events, and other major School events such as Cabaret and Service of Lessons and Carols. The role entails the operation of all technical facilities including lighting, audio, projection and staging as well as external venue coordination and hire.
In addition to the event aspect, you will also provide technical support to the School community via the School's IT Department.
Energy, initiative, meticulous attention to detail and communication skills of a high order are all of paramount importance when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders in this varied role.
