About the role
The Learning Engagement team is located within the Information Technology Services (ITS) function and provides ICT delivery and engagement within schools and BCE offices. The role will assist in a broad range of administration services and support aimed to enhance the day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the ITS function area in relation to projects including calendar management, correspondence creation, document creation, file management and records management, budgets and invoicing and event coordination in consultation with team members.
- Liaise with clients to clarify and direct enquiries.
- Create document templates for BCE Offices and School use.
- Manage and support the BCE systems and databases.
- Record, draft and circulate minutes of meetings and assemble supporting information and documentation as required
To be successful in this role you will:
- Certificate level tertiary qualifications in either education, business administration, information technology or in another relevant field, or relevant work experience.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, organise and complete administrative tasks and provide support in a timely manner and to meet changing priorities.
- A high level of office technology skills including experience with MS office, database software and management systems.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and effectively build internal and external client relationships.
- Effective problem solving skills and the ability prioritise tasks
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to acquire skills around emerging technology as applicable to the role.
