Job description
This permanent and full-time opportunity will see you working at Melbourne Airport for a national electrical contracting company. The successful candidate will provide general admin and data entry support to Project Management Teams.
Hours: flexible to work 7.30am-4pm and 8am - 4.30pm (Mon to Fri with half hour lunch)
Your key responsibilities will include:
Main duty - daily input of timesheet information into MS Excel
Other duties include:
Raising purchase orders
Receiving goods in and entering data into systems
Managing incoming emails
General ad-hoc admin support duties
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
Previous experience of administration and data entry (ideally gained within the construction or electrical services industries, this is preferred but not essential)
IT literate with MS Suite, particularly with MS Excel
