Form of workThis permanent and full-time opportunity will see you working at Melbourne Airport for a national electrical contracting company. The successful candidate will provide general admin and data entry support to Project Management Teams.
Hours: flexible to work 7.30am-4pm and 8am - 4.30pm (Mon to Fri with half hour lunch)
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Main duty - daily input of timesheet information into MS Excel
- Other duties include:
- Raising purchase orders
- Receiving goods in and entering data into systems
- Managing incoming emails
- General ad-hoc admin support duties
- Previous experience of administration and data entry (ideally gained within the construction or electrical services industries, this is preferred but not essential)
- IT literate with MS Suite, particularly with MS Excel
- Proven fast and accurate data entry and typing experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes
