As a Junior Administrator, you will play a crucial part in driving the smooth and efficient operation of our company and pick up a skill or two. The role is entry level with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within the business. It will consist of both administration responsibilities and an introduction to fleet scheduling. We currently have two vacancies; one will be based in Wangara and the other at our main depot in Kewdale.
What does an administrator/fleet scheduler do?
- Being the point of communication for clients and the team.
- Data entry and record keeping
- Allocating and scheduling truck drivers safely and efficiently.
- Assisting the wider Operations team.
- Ensuring drivers are compliant to transport legislation.
- Coordinating vehicle and trailer maintenance
- Managing company processes following an incident.
- Maintaining customer relations.
We are looking for:
- Outstanding attitude & customer focused.
- Great organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks.
- Works well under pressure and in a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Administration background is desirable but not a necessity.
