Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and maintain the office area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is an advantage
- A keen interest in construction and/or property
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
