Job description
The Role:
You will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving calls to assist in the successful recovery of outstanding debts on behalf of our clients. You will use your exceptional communication skills to liaise and negotiate with our clients' debtors to recover payments of outstanding accounts and organising payment arrangements.
Essential Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
Accurate data entry with attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a successful team
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
No experience necessary as training will be provided
