Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent professional to join our team of freight-forwarding professionals. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining exceptional client services, and thriving in a high-performance workplace culture. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of Sea and Air Freight import, liaising with customers, service providers and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations, particularly project cargo management (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting and job invoicing)
- Efficiently handle bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, and job invoicing for export shipments.
- Uphold exceptional client services, prioritizing customer satisfaction and cultivating strong relationships by addressing customer enquiries, issues, and concerns effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize import operations and maintain a seamless supply chain process.
- Promptly report any operational issues and concerns to the Operations Manager.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
