TOM Executive are partnering with a leading insurance provider to recruit a Learning and Development Manager for a 12 month contract. This is a varied role responsible for managing multiple Learning and Development projects.
DUTIES
- Implement learning strategies and programs aligned with organisational goals
- Coordinate and manage Learning and Development projects
- Identify training needs through consultation with stakeholders
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working in a Learning and Development role and managing a team
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
