Responsibilities
- Learning and Development Strategy Development - Design and implement plans that align employee skills and goals to the organization’s vision and strategy
- Learning and Development Coordination - Coordinate and prepare people, resources, and processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all learning programs
- Learning Design and Execution - Design, build, and deliver training and development opportunities, in order to meet business needs
