This is an excellent opportunity for a Leasing Consultant / Business Development Manager to align themselves with this well-known real estate brand.
If you are a hardworking, highly organized individual who has their sights firmly set on nothing but success, then this could be your chance! You will be efficient, precise, and attentive. On a daily basis, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Sourcing new business opportunities
• Conducting Open Homes
• Work closely with the Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Offer professional advice to clients
• Arranging and conducting market appraisals
• Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and valid driver’s license. You will have previous industry experience in a Leasing or New Business capacity. We are seeking an individual with:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• High communication both written & verbal
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great customer service skills
• A strong work ethic
