Your new role
As a Legal Receptionist you will be responsible for greeting existing and potential new clients as a first point of contact for a reputable firm in Brisbane CBD. They are seeking an experienced professional with the ability to multitask and priortise within a fast paced environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound telephone calls;
Managing incoming and outgoing emails;
Office administrative duties such as ordering stationery;
Diary / File Management and appointment scheduling;
Greeting clients and escorting them to meeting rooms;
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality;
Ensuring a tidy, well-maintained reception area; and
Other ad hoc duties as required
Your skills and experience
1 - 3 years receptionist experience (Preferably within the legal space)
Great attention to detail
Time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Ability to multitask and prioritise work within a fast paced environment
