The Brisbane office of this global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a Banking & Finance Partner and her team.
You will work in a legal secretarial capacity as well as undertake some paralegal duties including:
- preparing various documents and correspondence
- attending release settlements and undertaking paralegal tasks
- managing confidential firm information and opening new files
- maintaining client data into client relationship software
- assisting with client queries
- diary management and administrative tasks
- managing monthly billings.
To be successful in this role you will need to have current legal secretarial experience, be organised and have strong attention to detail.
