AddressAn opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a secretary to work in our Wills & Estates team. This is full-time position, and you must be able to work 5 days per week from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Ideally you will have experience in Estate matters and a strong litigation background, although not essential.
Your role will be varied and will include
- Opening new matters
- Liaising with clients
- Diary management
- Collating court documents for filing
- Transcribing dictation
- Online filing of court documents and forms
- Filing, photocopying and scanning.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience; willing to train in wills & Estates if not experienced in that area
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in Aderant Expert and iManage will be an advantage, however
- not essential as full induction training will be provided.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- friendly and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
