About The Role
As a Lending Services Officer your ultimate responsibility is to provide superior service and support to our internal and external customers while working individually or in a team environment. Our aim is to ensure all allocated tasks are completed accurately and in a timely, efficient manner whilst complying with all Auswide Bank policies and procedures.
On the job training and support will be provided within a friendly team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day your role will include administration duties within the Releases sub team, which include, but not limited to:
- Produce & complete Mortgage Discharge documentation
- Process Account Closures
- Generate Payout Figures
- Produce reports
About You
As well as having excellent and effective problem solving, time management and communication skills, the following would be beneficial:
- Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
- Sound Microsoft Office Skills in particular Excel & Word
- Ability to gain knowledge of our core banking system – Ultracs
- Willingness to work towards knowledge of relevant Auswide Bank’s Legislative requirements
- Work towards attaining a sound skill set in Six Sigma, Nintex & SharePoint
- Be organised, self-motivated and have the ability to work with limited supervision or instruction
- Ability to work efficiently & effectively both independently and within a team
Previous experience in Banking and/or knowledge of conveyancing an advantage but not necessary.
